Winner of the 2010 Frank R. Cella Memorial Award!

Our Great Decisions Discussion Series is a set of dynamic discussions about global issues, as outlined annually by the Foreign Policy Association. Moderators, who come to us from area universities and organizations, present information on their topic and then facilitate discussion between participants. 

Join us to "discover, discuss, and decide" at Great Decisions 2011:

  • Dates: March 7, 2011 - May 23, 2011   *No sessions on April 18th or April 25th*
  • Location: Tapestry Charter School, 65 Great Arrow in North Buffalo
  • 2011 Topics: Rebuilding Haiti, US National Security, Horn of Africa, Responding to the Financial Crisis, Germany Ascendant, Sanctions & Nonproliferation, The Caucasus, and Multilateralism.
  • 'Sustainable Development: Buffalo's Future?' is this year's special 9th session.  This session is free to those who register for entire series; all others are welcome to pay at the door.
