The International Institute of Buffalo invites your school to send a team (or teams) to our twelfth annual international knowledge competition for high school students.


November 10, 2016 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at Tapestry Charter High School - 65 Great Arrow Avenue, Buffalo 14216


Prizes provided by local retailers


Teams of four work together to answer questions on
current events, language and literature, history and geography,

travel the world, and pop culture.


  How it Works:  

·         The MC asks a question, which is also projected on a screen.                                   

·         The teams work cooperatively to come up with the correct answer.

·         The answers are collected and scored by a panel of judges at the end of each round.


National Academic WorldQuest Competition 

The winning team will have a chance to represent Western New York, their school, and the International Institute at the National Academic WorldQuest Competition on April 25,  2017 in Washington, D.C.


Cost: $60.00 per team
